monitor goggles

Well, I've seen these things in magazines and stuff.... glasses that have two tiny lcd displays, and they're put right in front of your eyes..... so the technology exists..... I just don't know of anybody actually SELLING them. It's probably still too expensive to be practical to sell.

edit: I just realize LCD Display is redundant. Excuse my stupidity.

i saw them at the mac Expo in SF last year (THEY WERE HELLA COOL) but you can't see anything else so some one can easly sneek up on you and they probably cost 4 grand each ;)

They're called sony "glasston" glasses, and they're surprisingly afforable. They come in a NTSC resolution for about $750 US and an 800*600 resolution for $2000 US. The best part is, if you have composite out video on your laptop, you can plug them in on the road and have a home theater on the go!
