Moving from Carbon to Cocoa

Hi,

- I want to migrate my existing Carbon application to Cocoa. Please tell that what all changes are required to accomplish this porting/migration?
- Do I need to completely rewrite my Carbon application in Cocoa OR it is like some part needs complete rewriting (if yes then which one e.g. GUI)?
- Are there any tools OR utilities available to convert an Carbon application to Cocoa?
