Mozilla hanging at splash screen on start

When I start up Mozilla, it just hands on the splash screen... the strange thing is, I have been running Mozilla for about two weeks now without trouble... why all of a sudden... hrm...
 
How do files get corrupt like that? Does anyone know? It seems to happen relatively often for me.

Hrm. Looking for a way to backup my bookmarks... anyone have any ideas?

I can't get the program loaded is normal. Is there a way I could go through the command line and grab the directory or something?
