Mozilla + Mail?

Is it possible to set up Mozilla (or other browsers) to launch the Apple mail program when I click on an email link on the web?
 
Sure. Open up the Apple Mail.app and from the "mail" menu, choose "Preferences." Click the general icon, and make sure your "Default Email Reader" is "Mail." There you go.

Actually, I know this will work with Safari, IE, and other stand alone browsers, but last I heard, Mozilla will still launch it's own internail Mail component everytime you click a link.
