When I plug my HCT Model HMP-10S into my Macbook, it doesn't recognize it.
I then turn on Parallels and plug my HCT in and it recognized it immediately.
Then I turn Parallels off and the Mac suddenly recognized it in OS X.
Is there a way to have OS X recognize it without running it through Parallels first? It has to be possible because after Parallels is off it works fine. It's like I use Parallels to jump start the USB or something. Is there a way to manually tell OS X to check this USB port to see if something is connected? Thanks!
