Hi Per, those are Microsoft installer files.
The best thing you can do is find a Mac equivalent of those applicaions and installations.
If there isn't please tell what application you are trying to use and to do what - and maybe someone knows of a Mac version of a kind (and a free one too)?
So to open those .msi you will need Boot Camp, or VMware Fusion, or Parallels - any of these with a version of Windows installed in it. With most of the applications it makes much more sense to see first what you need and want to do with what app, and then we can see how you can do that with your Mac
