I have set up multihoming on a Xserve G5. Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.2
Adding 1 IP address so i now have 2 IP addresses on the same port.
I duplicated the Network settings from the existing IP address, gave it a new name and simply added the new IP-number.
It all works fine, the sites are reachable from outside no problems there.
However when i login locally on the server and try to browse to the sites that have the old IP address, they dont open in the browser, get this error " cant connect to server".
The sites with the newly added IP address works fine locally.
Both IP addresses comes up with no errors when i ping them locally
But when i ping one of the old domain names locally i get result 127.0.0.1
Note no changes has been made on the old IP or domains
Any ideas where i missed some settings?
