My phone + my Mac (Siemens S56)

Alright..... there's these phones and all this hullabaloo about Bluetooth and such with the Sony Ericson phones....

Now, My Siemens S56 has Bluetooth. If I get a Bluetooth adapter, what can I do with this? Sync contacts and calendar? Put pictures in my phone? put MIDI ringtones in it? Remote control my Mac?

Are there standards as to phone protocols? can I load files on my phone easily? eh?

Sorry for all these questions. ANy insight would be greatly appreciated.
 
"yes" to most questions. iìm unsure of siemens but i assume it will work just as fine as ericsson t39m, which i sync with my mac and .mac, using hte bluetooth adapter you are going to buy... :)
