Name that Printer!

I know this is a rehash, but wanted to start it off in a new thread.

Can anyone recommend a printer that fits this bill:

- Out of the box Ethernet compatible (Not interested in USB sharing, and would like to avoid "print servers" and optional "ethernet cards". Is that possible?)

- Nice balance between text and photo quality.

- Reasonable "consumables" (ink) cost of printing.

- OS X 10.2 Jaguar compatible (Today, not "new drivers soon" compatible.)

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I can't mention any names at the moment - but I've seen blootooth adapters for parallel port printers.

I can't mention any names at the moment - but I've seen blootooth adapters for parallel port printers. I just can't say how they work with a Mac out of the box as I'm not interested in them myself so I haven't been looking at them specifically.

Other than that, I know that Epson makes an Ethernet version of the C80 printer, but kinda pricy…

I like the C80 because each ink cartridge is separately replaceable, and seems like a great printer (fast, crisp, nice text, great color).
Only reason I didn't get it is because I needed a Photo Printer specifically (slower, more color, more media input options, more output print media options, etc.).
