Check it out, in addition to the Pinstripe theme I posted earlier that makes Mozilla 1.1 match OS X, there is another even better looking theme called Navzilla.

This theme rocks, even more than Pinstripe. It is a perfect match for OS X. Be sure to check out my other post if you want to fix Jaguar's Java problems with Mozilla and to make Mozilla your default browser (IE 5.2 will NOT allow you to make Mozilla your default browser, even if you try to).
