Hello - I am hoping someone can help me get a Keyboard Shortcut
to an applescript working for any context the OS is under. Thanks in
advance for any assistance!!!
I've created a compiled applescript and placed in ~/Library/Scripts.
It does appear in the "script menu" as "doit".
In the "Keyboard & Mouse" control panel, I set Keyboard Shortcut
to the "doit" script under Application Keyboard Shortcuts\Finder
and it works (I'm using command option F1)
I would like the key combo to work whenever I'm in any application,
so I changed it to "Application Keyboard Shortcuts\All Applications"
This is the only change I made and it does not work, not only for
any application, but now not under the Finder either. I did log out
and restart, no luck.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks for helping!
