Need Flash actions help

Greetings! I am using Flash and I created a button. In basic html, you can click on a link to take you to a specific section of the page (such as #topic, etc). How do I create actions in Flash to make my buttons do the same thing? I tried to use getURL (#topic) but that did not work. I want the action to occur when I click on the button. So then tried onRelease, but could not figurte out how to get it to work. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
