How can I use the 2sd partition WITHOUT reformat my drive ?

Can I format the 2sd with "Partition Manager" software on my Windows Server ?

Mac OS X has a read only to NTFS.

You could have one of those partitions on that hard drive formatted to FAT32 (however it would need to be under 32 GB partition to work), as that would have better access (even write) form the OS X.

Actually, any other operating system that isn't from Microsoft can only read an NTFS partition but not write to it. Blame that one on Microsoft since they are keeping it closed up quite tightly, meaning the open source developers have to reverse engineer everything. FAT32 is read and write on everything, so you might be better off with that, but it comes at a price compared to NTFS as a filesystem.
