need tool to track website page changes

hello does anyone know a tool that notifies me if a page has changed of any website (like apple.com/trailers if any changes have been made?)

Or do safari or firefox have that function, or a plugin or whatever

for some websites (i.e. www.macosx.com ) there's an rss feed available, and you can read it using one of these reader... with the Tiger release of Safari, rss would be available directly in the browser, and Firefox already supports this feature... I don't know if nowadays plugins are available for websites without rss feed...
