Netgear WG511T compatible to powerbook?

I got a special offer for the Netgear WG511T for card bus. Does anyone know, if I can easily plug it to my tibook? Maybe someone tried it before. If so, how is the signal range? And which drivers can I use for it?

Going by the system requirements, there are just a very few number of cards that work with apple. But it is known that the requirements don't necessarily need to be met. That's why I asked hoping someone tried it..
