Netscape Mail pref location?

I need your assistance. A friend is having trouble with Netscape in OS 9.2. She has it set for html, but it is not showing up. Yes, the sender is sending it in html.

Now I know that trashing the mail prefs should correct this. She would have to reset her preferences... but since I trashed my copy of Netscape (it caused me headaches) - I need to know exactly where those pref files are.

Can any one help me? TIA

In the System Preferences folder, there is a Netscape User folder. That's where the preferences are.
