Hi
I'm having problems recreating network home folders on an Xserve RAID volume.
We have an Xserve G5 dual processor 2.3ghz, with 3gb RAM, acting as the OD master, and connected to the xserve via direct Fibrechannel is our 2TB raid 50 array where the the network home folders share point is located. We've named and shared the folder as "Home" rather than the default "Users" on the Volume. All user home dirs were created succesfully under "Home" when our OD users were first created but recently I have not been unable to recreate a home folder after trashing the one originally created for a particular user. Using "Create Home Now" in WGM does not work, netiher is the network home created when the user logs in after reboot.
We are using a Windows 2000 server based dns server, where we have forwrd and reverse mappings for all osx clients (via ddns) and the xserve (via manual entries).
Thanks in advance
