Hi guys,
my assistant thought she was doing the right thing by shutting down my computer with multiple things still open the other day. One thing led to another I found her with the thing frozen to pieces and was forced to do a machine reset using the power button on the rear of my imac running 10.6.2.
As it dint get to do its home / mobile sync when it got to the startup phase it will not get past the Home Sync Status screen/bar. I can restart again and choose sync from the mobile option as opposed to the home (more current by 1mth approx) and that will get me operational and atrted up but then when using shut down and restart it comes back in the same vice.
I can log on and off from any other machine on the network without any noticeable issue but my machine seems to have the issues.
Any suggestions would be greatly apprceiated?
