Networking PC and Mac

I need to network a PC running windows 95 to a Mac on OSX.
I need to put a CD (which can only be read by the PC) on the PC and be able to move files from the CD to the Mac.
Both Mac and PC are on an internal ethernet network.
Are there any easily followed instruction to set up the PC so that I can see it and the CD on the Mac desktop?
I would be most grateful for any help with this.

Thanks for the links.
Unfortunately, the situation is a bit complicated. I can not create a shared folder on the PC.
Is there a way to see the PC on the Mac, much like I can see other Macs on the LAN.
Perhaps I am missing something?
 
i guess you havent omitted certain setting on your pc side. try to go "networking" in "control panel" and look for a check box, sth like i want to share my files, check it. (excuse me that i m no longer using 95, i cant remember exacting the wordings) afterwards, you may share folders by right click them in windows explorer.
