Hi, I'm new to this site (just registered) downloaded Help.app got it working, I think, and typed 2 questions. Where I'm confused is where you use help.app and where I'd use this method on-line? Also how do you guys respond back, regarding help.app, through the apps window (Ticket Status-I can see the questions I wrote) or email like this. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
