2 questions:
-Isn't the same version as the one we all can download from the M$ Mac-related site?

AND

-What is the feeling of using the 12" pBook compared to 15" pBook or even the 800MHz iBook?

Or those are 3 questions?

Anyways,
Thank you in advance :D :D ;)

i think its the same 30 day trial version you can download from MS. i uninstalled it and installed office x full version.

the 12" pBook is hot, hot, hot! the screen doesnt compare to the 15" TiBook but the fit and finish is top notch. the iBook was not hot at all. the 12" pBook seems a little snappier than the iBook and when you do things like transcode divx files, its faster. it feels as rugged as a iBook to.

pros: airport extreme (and increased range), bluetooth, DDR, bus speed, anodized aluminum, slot load drive, G4, better speakers, small, rugged.

cons: its HOT! :(

i got this for $300 less than it would have cost me at the applestore so for me, compared to an iBook, its worth it. for others, it may not be. if you dont like heat whatsoever, this is not the notebook for you.

I don't think my PowerBook 12 inch is hot (always)... It just gets hot when I am ripping DivX. It is warm when I am browsing the web and emaiing only... I dun know why people say it is hot... is that little bit heat from the computer is abnormal? at least my PowerBook doesn't burn me :p But the bottom is significant heater than the left palm area.
