New HDD intermittent clicking sound

I just got a new HDD placed in my mother's iBook G4 (WD 120GB) after the old one crashed. All is working fine, but every 15-20 seconds I hear this clicking noise, as though the head is parking itself.

I read another thread that suggested turning HDD automatic sleep off in the energy saver pane, but that hasn't worked.

I've been googling for the past 2 hours, and I hear everything form "your hDD is about to die" to "nothing to worry about -- just annoying".

So: 1) is it anything to worry about; and 2) can I stop it?

Some hard drive make odd noises, and in others, that means it's going. You might want to contact WD to see if it's normal.
