New iBook?

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone knows if Apple is planning to release a new iBook in the summer. I am thinking of buying one now (600 12") but if they are going to release new models in the summer i think i might wait. Thanks.

buy one now... they will not update the iBook til 2003 (minus maybe another 100mhz bump -not a big deal)

get the one with the combo drive, buy some extra ram (have at least 512mb in that G3 laptop or you will cry)

enjoy. i want one.

I remember when Apple chips first crossed the 100 mhz line and now it's not even a noticable it was when I was in 6th grade and I had this funny feeling all throughout my body because that was just so much speed. I wonder if we will ever get to the point where one gighz doesn't make that much difference?
