my drive is pretty sick, its become very noisy and locking up.
i cant repair it with disk utility or diskwarrior
ive erased and reinstalled the os, but its just keeps locking up (at best)
and its not being recognised in firewire target mode
it take it its dead yeh
what speed drive is likely to be in there at the mo?
and any advice on getting a faster one as a replacement? (may as well beaf it up if i can)
not looking forward to doing surgery on the ibook
