First time reader, first time poster...
Just got my work to swing for 15" TiPB. New supported platform for apps we support so I was able to push for it. I REALLY like this laptop! I know the 15" isn't the latest in terms of technology given the slower FSB of 133 MHz but no big deal to me.
The Display is HUGE compared to my 14" Compaq laptop. Sound is pretty decent (much better than POS Compaq I have) and the fit and finish are kick butt
I am new to Mac but have been a long time Linux fan and Unix fan and pretty much hate MicroShaft! Lots for me to learn but I don't mind the curve...and it looks like your forum should be a big help.
