New PowerMacs????

:confused: I'm gonna need a new Mac for my work soon. Does anyone have an idea if Apple will release new Power mac in January?
 
Macworld SF has traditionally been the place where they release new consumer items like iMac's and iPods... Generally the business class machines come out aroung Macworld NYC (which will return to Boston)...
 
If by "Power Mac" you mean the towers - I doubt they will any new ones coming out for a while since the ones with the Mirror Doors are brand-spanking new (maybe slight upgrades), but then again - who am I and what do I know? :D
 
Considering the Power Macs were announced in August 2002, it might be slightly soon for them to be upgraded again. Still, if the eMacs and iMacs are to be upgraded MWSF, then the Power Macs should not be too far behind. I think a good rule of thumb for hardware upgrades is 5-7 months.
