Okay, So I am a graphic design student, and I am looking to buy a g3/g4 laptop so that I can get used to running adobe on a Mac. (It's all a money issue.)
I recently came accross a G3 Powerbook online for sale, but I am really confused on the specs.
It's a 12 inch Black G3 Powerbook, 30GB harddrive, comes with all the panther disks, but it says that the processor is a 1.2Ghz and that it has 1.25Gb of Ram.
I was really interested, because it's an amazing price, but I didn't think that a G3 went higher than 933 Mhz on processor speed or that they held more than 640 MB of ram.
Am I right to be suspicious? Or is this just something that I haven't run accross before. I couldn't find anything on the Apple website giving me processor speeds, just how to tell the different Gens of Power books.
Could someone please help a college student (and budding mac convert) out?
