Newbie Title Bar Disappearing Problem

Ok, I am new to the MAC OS X so please bear with me.

I am running IPhoto on my IBook and somehow the window for Iphoto has gotten stuck upward past the top of the screen. The title bar and most of the interface is not accessible, and I can only see the bottom part of the program. Is there any keyboard shortcut that I can use to drag the window down without usage of the title bar?

Weird. I can't seem to get any of my windows to drag past the top of the screen, which is just as well because I can see no way you could bring them back down again. (I actually don't use iPhoto, yet)
The only suggestion I have, if nothing else works: go into your home folder, then Library/Preferences. Look for the iPhoto prefs file, make a backup copy somewhere safe, and delete these prefs. You may need to recheck your settings for iPhoto's preferences, but it should reset iPhoto's settings, including window position, to the default.

After about 10 minutes on the line with the support rep, he was able to help me locate the solution. Apparently there was a config file that told iPhoto where to put the window, when I deleted that it set it back to the defaults.
