Hi all, I just visited versiontracker and found this nifty little app that lets you create your own channels but now in sherlock 3...

Anyway, I downloaded it and installed it but it left no readme or something like that, and I can't find the app... Maybe it's a plug-in for Sherlock, but it's not, I checked. So what's the deal?
