My dual g4 starts up fine - until where there should be a login screen all i get is a blue screen with just my arrow cursor. It seems like there is just no desktop. I've tried a multitude of solutions, but another main problem is I can't start from the CD drive even using the apple hardware test cd.
I know all of my files are there is just wont let me login.
Before this all happened I tried to delete OfficeX from my machine and it kept giving me the grey screen lockup - restart this machine error.
What to do?
