NO power, BIG problem

I am using a G4 tower, and last night I was trying to update my os from 10.1.2 to 10.1.3, due to a recent crash I don't have classic on my machine at the moment, during trying to isntall the update, my computer froze up, so I restarted the computer, now it won't even start up. I hit the power buttons, and nothing happens. There is power going into the machine, cause when I touch the power buttons they light up, but it does not start up the computer.

First try unplugging the machine for 1-20 seconds... If that does not work try it for a couple minutes... If that does not bring it back to life, unplug it and open it up. Find the little "cuda" (reset) switch on the motherboard.

i reset the logic board, by pressing a small, "snap" like button on the logic board, if you follow the link above, there is a diagram linked from the 3rd or 4th option.
