No Startup sound!?! Why!

I dont have the startup sound when I turn on my Mac, is this normal with the PowerMac G4? I noticed there is a plug inside that is unplugged, over by the heatsink where the airport card plugs in. ANYONE know?!
 
To get the sound back on startup hold option+Apple+P+R immediately after you press the power button. keep it pressed until you hear the chime (or it's been longer than 2 minutes). If, after two minutes you still don't hear a chime you could be having a hardware problem.
 
The computer would boot fine, I bought it from someone and it was really dusty inside, so I simply sprayed it out with compressed air, and its fine! Chime works now! THanks though, Ill keep that in my little black book of commands.
