none of the function keys work

[size=+1]Hello, I am new at this. I think I have figured out what

happened, but I don't know how to solve it.


I have a Mac os x with the Windows vista

partition.


I downloaded Realplayer to view some videos on both the

windos and mac side. When I did the latter I realized that this

was the problem; all my function keys stopped working, I

cannot control volume, eject, brightness, anything.


I have uninstalled Realplayer from the Windows partition and the

problem persists. I have tried to look into the systems folder

and drivers, but I really don't know what I am doing and I don't

want to make it worse.


Please advise as to what I can do, and still have real player.

Have a look in your Keyboard and Mouse PrefPane and see if this box is checked or not. First thing to try...
