Yip. Very good stuff. Novell has also posted their letters that they sent to and received from SCO on their legal section of their website. It is a very noble and smart move for Novell to protect their customers from any legal actions. This only supports the Linux/open-source case. Let's just hope that our justice system sees through the idiocy of SCO and Mr. Darl McBride.
If I am not mistaken, I think they have as well. My understanding is that IBM and Novell have done the initial investment to the OSDL for protection against the SCOmonster.
