I found a HUGE bug in Office X and I was wondering if it was just me or if other people were experiencing it too. Here it is:
VBA simply doesn't work !!
For example, if I go in Word and choose "Open VBA" (in the Tools Macro submenu), Word crashes. In Excel, I can't record a macro.
But that's not all, this real weird thing happens if I erase either one of the two following preferences (Found in your Library/Preferences/Microsoft) : "Carbon Registration Db" or "Office Registration Cache X". If I throw one of those files in the Trash, VBA works !!! What's up with that.
If anyone can explain this real real weird behavior please do. Thank you very much,
