OK, it just figures that I would screw up a soup sandwich... but the problem I have is that I can't seem to find ichat av on any of my osX disks. they say to install from disk 3 but can't see any ichat av.
Powerbook G4 1.25 Panther 10.3.2 H_E_L_P please...

another way:
download tinkertools to make hidden files/folders visible. Browse in the .image/ folder for all apps.

Thank you soooo much... Pacifist worked wonders and then I called apple to find out why they didn't name (iChat) to (iChat AV). No good reason... I've got it and that's the best news.
