Old HP Printer (IIIsi) with OS X

We're still using our IIIsi with OSX, using the generic PPD, but it doesn't permit use of the lower paper casette. I've tried most (if not all) of the listed HP drivers; some allow me to print but not use the other casette. "Hewlett-Packard LaserJet II.ppd" worked fine in System 9, but apparently not in X, as it doesn't show up in the list of PPD options when configuring the printer......or do I need to place it in another folder somewhere?


Any suggestions?
