On Reply to Emails in Mac OS X MAIL app

Hi,
When I reply to emails I need to see all the people on the original email and the subject quoted not just the 1 liner on dd.mm.yyyy John Doe wrote:

From: Doe, John
Sent: Friday, 6 August 2010 3:30 p.m.
To: Falcon, M
Cc: mmsdy99@me.com
Subject: RE: Test Contact Details
 
Select the headers from the mail, and hit forward.
Then change the title from Fwd to Re and paste the correct people back in the thread.

If I don't remember all wrong I thought that simple reply would add those lines as well but maybe that was in some previous version of Mail.
