Opening ports on linksys

Hello everybody,

I just want to know is there anyway that I can open ports on linksys wired router model ADSL2MUE??

My only internet use is for downloading & using P2P programs like emule.. but such programs require that I should open ports in the router..

I'm really frustrated & I'd really appreciate it if anybody can help.
