Boy, this isn't going to be helpful, but...
On a normal installation of Rhapsody you can find it at:
/System/Documentation/Developer/YellowBox/TasksAndConcepts/DevEnvGuide/Book/Tools&TechniquesBook.pdf
It may have come with OPENSTEP 4.2 in almost the same place. Apple is sited as the copyright holder of the information, so it came after 4.1 was released.
For Yellow Box for Windows it is in almost the same place (but I can't tell you exactly because I don't have a system like that up and running right now).
At one point you could get it from Apple at:
http://devworld.apple.com/techpubs/rhapsody/DevEnvGuide/
But the link is dead now.
It is 3.3 MB, and prints out very nicely (took me a while to even remember where to find the pdf because I have a bound version).
