opinion and help?

On the second page after you enter I have it split into two frames, how can I make it so that when you resize the window the nav bar frame does not get covered and pushed over. Also can you please give me some opinions and tips. This site is for a resteraunt.

Well the fist suggestion I could offer is waste the frames idea and code it as one page. There's no real reason to use frames there and the problems they'll create will far outweigh any advantages they might (emphasis on might) have.

You really should throw some content (or formatted filler) in the main are of the site, it's kinda hard to offer any comments on just the NAV without seeing the 'big picture' so to speak.

Also I created a contact page where you can put your name address email comment etc.. and then hit send but I'm not sure how to get it to work?
