OS menus in wrong languages for OS 9

I have the new powerbook 667MHZ running OS 10.1.2 / Classic 9.2.2 -
The laptop is originally dutch with a dutch OS installed. I have managed to convert OSX to english via the system software however, when I open a classic 9 application, all menus including the program opened are still in Dutch!!!

Is there a way of changing or upgrading my classic 9 to english??

Can anyone help me out there??
 
I believe if you open up the Mac OS 9 "System Folder" and open "Control Panels", you can use the "Keyboard" one to change he language settings for classic.
 
The remedy given only applies to the keyboard layout.

I need to have menus in english. I think it can be done when you install a higher version of OS9.2.2 (not available) and select english however, does anyone know of another way around this problem? It seems that all applications take on the local dialect and are also in dutch eeerrrrr!!! I installed my verion of route66 pro on my G3 in english but now it is in dutch :(
