I have installed OS X and had good success in running it, though have reverted to OS 9 because of a minor difficulty. As far as I can make out it doesn't offer the "Canadian French" keyboard layout as one of its options. Quebec French speakers in my family who do translation work regularly use it, and have complained loudly!!
OS 9 offered "Canadian French" along with 2 other keyboard layouts, "Canadian-CSA" and "Canadian-ISO", which have subtle keyboard mapping differences.
Can anyone enlighten me on this? Is there a way to access it which I am missing, or is there a reason it is no longer available?
Thanks.
