This deals with my boss' G4 PowerBook that had been running OS 10.3 until the 10.3.8 upgrade was done yesterday. Since the upgrade, we have been unable to connect to the internet or email wirelessly using the Airport Express. In the Network settings, it shows that the Airport Express is running and connected and it has been assigned an IP address. But when I try to connect to the internet, I get a "unable to locate PPPoE server" error message. When I try to receive email through Entourage, the program tries to dial up using the internal modem, even though it is not active in the Network Status screen. The same thing happens if I plug the LAN cable in at work and try to connect via Ethernet. However, if I plug the cable directly into the laptop at home, it will connect via Ethernet.
Anyone have suggestions on how I can get this back to normal?
