In my previous OSX install (see my thread "Booting OSX from OS9"), my drive had been set (long before OSX install) with HD SpeedTools and I could'nt switch from OS9 to OSX.
I had to reformat my ATA 16 Gb drive with Apple Drive Setup and reinstalled OSX and OS9 on HFS+ separate partitions.
Everything seems right now I can switch from OS9 to OSX.
Conclusion : OSX is not recognised when installed on a partition driven by a third-party tool.
