OSX drops connection to SBS2003

We have several OSX users on our SBS2003 active directory network. After an update on the OSX machines, they lose connectivity to the SBS server. To regain connectivity, the SBS box must be restarted. Simply restarting the MAC file sharing service does not fix the problem. There are no errors reported in the SBS event logs.

Any ideas?
