OSX Lion via torrent?

Hi everyone. I am a macbook pro 7.1 snow leopard user. I'm thinking to upgrade my system to osx lion. But I'll download via torrent so will my macbook pro become out of warranty when I do this?

are you really asking for or seeking advice on pirating OS X?
If so, I think you've come to the wrong forum.
Anyone can feel free to correct me if I'm incorrect on this.

We do not discuss torrent or anything remotely about pirating. If you want to upgrade your OS and discuss any issues you may have, then buy the disk.
