I have one XServe G5 with OS X Server 10.4.2 that is a member of our ActiveDirectory. The G5 is set up to authenticate users via AD.
The G5 server is registered in our DNS server and shows up in AD as well. We don't use WINS.
The problem is that for some reason it doesn't show up in any Windows browser list anymore, which it did just a week ago.
The only thing we've done is to add more disks to our XServeRaid which is connected to the G5 and thereby rebooting the server once.
Since I'm a total newbie to the Mac world I can't figure out how to make it appear in the browser lists, which is required in order for me to make selections for its data in our backup app.
Any ideas are much appreciated!
