I have 7 email accounts that all connect via IMAP in Mail.app. I made changes to 3 of the accounts and left the other 4 alone. Now my Outbox and Trash icons are missing from the left sidebar. I've tried right clicking on the Trash folder that appears under the account in Inbox and went to Use this Mailbox for -> Trash but the Trash icon never appears and it just stays under Inbox.
