Outgoing Mail Rules?

Is there a way to make outgoing mail rules in Mail.app? You see i have 3 mail boxes set up at work. One work, one stuff, and one Personal. Everynow and then a work email gets sent though the personal account or vice versa. Is there anything that I can set up that catches emails before they go out? Example: If TO: address = myfriend@yahoo.com AND account = work, then pop up an error message or something.

Any ideas ?
